Shop Policies

All our items are individually handmade, and each will vary slightly in size and appearance.

Payment

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Moneris eSELECTplus, ensuring your credit card information is submitted and processed securely, and your personal data remains protected.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and sales tax is applied to Canadian orders. US and International customers are responsible for any extra fees incurred on their orders,  including duties and taxes.

 

Privacy Policy

Swaine Street Woodworking will not sell or distribute any of the information you share with us. If you choose to sign up for our mailing list you will receive our newsletter to inform you of new products, upcoming events, and promotions. We promise to keep mailings to a minimum and you can unsubscribe easily at any time.

 

Shipping

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Some items are made to order and may take up to two weeks to dispatch.  Items are shipped by Canada Post. Insurance and tracking are not included in rates, but may be added upon request for an additional fee. We are not responsible for lost items unless shipping  insurance has been purchased on your order.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. In the case of a return or exchange you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item, as well as shipping back to you.
